The long-awaited re-opening of John Lewis Edinburgh store needed an iconic campaign to match the grandeur of the new store.
The creative idea for the campaign was to use illustrations designed around key Edinburgh landmarks and instead using these iconic Edinburgh landmarks to feature illustrations of products available at John Lewis.
We used thorough data analysis to determine the areas of Edinburgh to reach our target audience, finding key postcodes where previous customers were located, as well as key districts across Edinburgh to really drive customers back to the newly refurbished John Lewis and Partners store.
For our OOH plan, we ensured we matched our illustrations with OOH sites that were in proximity to the location featured in the creative.
Our creative idea, and precise audience targeting paid off, the campaign over-delivered against objectives and successfully drove impact over the store’s launch period.
