As one of the few telco providers who enable its customers to “Roam like Home” for no extra cost, O2 offered its customers a 1-of-a-kind “Roam Freely” airport lounge, giving back to its customers and creating awareness around its USP. 

Complete with free WiFi, complimentary drinks, snacks and a Disney+ room to enjoy, the lounge was a huge success with thousands of spaces reserved and even more customers welcomed by our brand ambassadors.

Due to the success of our lounge, we extended the campaign by over two months and received 30 pieces of coverage with a massive total OTS.
