Talon achieves the highest 3* accreditation from Best Companies
Talon has once again ranked within the hotly contested ‘Top 100 Best Small Companies List’, placing 38th. This is the third time the six year old company has entered the competition and the third time it has made the highly regarded listings.
The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For lists comprise of Britain’s most engaged and motivated workforces. Their publication each year is now a highly anticipated event in the business calendar and represents best practice employee engagement and workplace culture.
This is the third year that Talon has been ranked in the top 100, following a number one ranking in 2017 – highlighting our ‘People First’ philosophy. From the refinement of working practices, to improving the work-life balance of staff members, to creating a positive and open company culture for all, Talon places a strong emphasis on creating a culture and work place environment that nurtures and rewards staff.
In addition to the ranking, Talon received the highest 3* accreditation from Best Companies, which describes Talon as ‘extraordinary’.
Talon’s Head of People, Mapara Syed Fernandez, comments: “For a company so young and growing it is a fantastic achievement to make the Top 100 best small companies once again. This award is testament to the people centric approach we take and empower all to adopt. It makes us very proud that our people score us so highly and are so passionate about working here!”
