With its 200th birthday approaching, the Guardian wanted to use the milestone to celebrate their heritage, but also look to the future.
The centrepiece of our campaign were multi-city OOH executions including special builds that were still in progress. We also chose locations with deeper meaning – such as the mega-banner in Manchester close to the Guardian’s birthplace. The copy was crafted with a knowing nod to our readership who share our values.
