People Administrator (FTC)

Role Description

A brand new fixed-term contract role working until 31st December 2024. Join our small and friendly People Team as a People Administrator.

THE ROLE

As a People Administrator across our global business, you will play a critical role in supporting the people functions across various regions and ensuring seamless administration of HR processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, database usage.
• Prior experience in an administrative or HR role within an office environment is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
• Customer focussed, at all times the professional face of the People Team.
• Proactive and positive with the ability to anticipate issues and use initiative.
• Confidence and communication skills required to deal with contacts at all levels of the business.
