Talon Expands to U.S.: Crafting Impactful Out-of-Home Campaigns

Specialist Agency to Offer its Brand of Creative, Technology-Led, Results-Oriented Out-of-Home Campaigns to U.S. Brand Marketers

Talon Outdoor, the independent Out-of-Home (OOH) agency, today announced its expansion into the U.S. market. From its New York office, Talon will now begin working directly with U.S. companies, designing and executing data-driven, technology-led integrated outdoor campaigns that produce measurable results and impact.

Irina Zeltser has been appointed Managing Director and will run the agency’s U.S. arm. James Copley, a founding partner of Talon will be providing support and will oversee the operation while Ruth Schinn has been hired as Director. Additional appointments will be announced.

Talon’s US operation is a joint venture with Holt Media Companies, Inc, who will be providing a high-end perspective on the U.S. landscape. Together with Ptarmigan Media, founding agency partner, Talon will also extend its work with heritage partners Grand Visual and Blis.

Zeltser joins Talon from Project X (PJX), where she deepened her proven track record of successfully building OOH agencies. Schinn has enjoyed a lengthy career in the U.S. market, having held senior positions at Posterscope and Kinetic.
