Delivery Technician, Grand Visual

Role Description

Grand Visual are on the hunt for a Delivery Technician to join its London team. Our technical departments, consisting of both software & web development as well as Creative Technology, are responsible for bridging the gap between the Creative and Tech sides of the business to help bring creative ideas to life.


In this role, you’ll be an important part of our production process, particularly in the testing and delivery phases, as well as in live support.

You’ll have the amazing opportunity to work across a huge range of brands, deliver award-winning projects, and collaborate with a creative team of awesome people to deliver effective OOH campaigns and activations across the world.


This role will streamline our testing and delivery workflows, primarily focussing on our dynamic offerings but also with interactive and hardware-based projects. You’ll be planning and executing test plans, keeping good relationships with Media Owners and maintaining knowledge of their DOOH playout systems and network. In addition to this, you will be on hand to assist with any support requirements that occur during live campaign periods.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the Head of Creative Technology and software developers to assist Grand Visual with delivering industry leading experiences in the DOOH space.


  • We would love someone with a broad technical knowledge including different operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Possess strong logic driven troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of DOOH signage software (such as Broadsign and Scala) are of significant benefit
  • A great attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment across multiple projects
  • Excellent understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Familiar with Project management and studio management software
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organised and reliable approach to work
  • Ambitious self-starter, independent and resourceful, with initiative
