Talon celebrates prestigious Best Companies award win with an engagement and activities day for all staff.
After receiving a top accolade from employee engagement specialists Best Companies, Talon will celebrate its award by taking part in National Best Companies Day on Friday March 3, 2017.
Talon was awarded first place as the Best Small Company in the Sunday Times Best Companies survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer. The award recognised Talon’s internal people initiatives, from the refinement of working practices, to improving the work-life balance of staff members and to creating a positive and open company culture for all.
To mark the occasion and topping the 100 small best companies list, Talon has arranged various social and fundraising activities for staff to get involved in on the day.
“From a charity Musical Bingo to massages and facials for staff to indulge, we really wanted to treat our people like the stars that they are and celebrate our success in this year’s Best Companies/Sunday Times Top 100 list in style,” said Mapara Fernandez, People Manager at Talon Outdoor. “We are ecstatic at winning this accolade and receiving 3* accreditation once again in recognition of all the great initiatives we have rolled out over the year.
