At Talon, we work hard and we play together. Our Social COG is responsible for creating and organising a wonderful array of events for everyone at Talon throughout the year including Sports Days, Pub Quizzes, Halloween Parties and Away Days – all of which are free to attend for all Talon staff.
TALON GIVES BACK
We believe in giving back and supporting our local community. Through staff volunteering and working closely with our charity partners, we actively raise money throughout the year. Our Charity COG drives the charitable work of Talon, arranging events to raise money to support our charity partners, and working with other teams within the business to run events in support of wider charitable causes. So far to date, as a business, we have donated over £2,000,000 to good causes.
