In a crowded market, Tesco grappled with the task of highlighting the convenience of their Click + Collect service while forging meaningful connections with their audience. As consumer habits shifted and competition intensified, the need to stand out became more pressing than ever.

The strategy of the campaign was multifaceted, aiming to first raise awareness of Tesco’s Click + Collect service, and then to engage consumers with targeted messaging tailored to their behaviours and preferences.

EXECUTION

The campaign began with a burst of creativity, Tesco’s Click + Collect service was brought to the forefront of consumers minds through relatable copy on awareness building formats, capturing consumer’s attention and interest.

Building on this momentum, we then leveraged PROOH, to deliver personalised messaging to specific audience segments, ensuring relevance and resonance with our target audience.

Finally, the campaign ended with the transformation of a building on Wexford St in Dublin City Centre into a window of Tesco’s world of convenience.
