Senior Account Manager

Role Description

The role of the Senior Client Manager is to provide best in class client service, drive income for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions. With the support of a hardworking, collaborative and fun client service team, this role will be working on one of our key accounts; a client who is a top 10 spender in OOH and a huge fan of pushing the creative boundaries of our media. As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be expected to become and extension of the client’s team, come up with creative ideas in response to brief and off the cuff.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS_

  • Drive income for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions across our key accounts with a particular focus on one lead client.
  • Working alongside the wider team to deliver best in class creative responses for our clients, helping brands turn the OOH landscape into opportunities to engage with consumers.
  • Build strong relationships with your clients, their cross-agency team(s) and work with them to drive growth across your account patch.
  • Develop and maintain a strong presence across our key client and agencies with regular outreach, presentations, and inspiration sessions where required.
  • Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Insight, Creative Strategy) to maximise income opportunities and enhance the overall experience.
  • Identify emerging trends, products, and partners to drive innovation.
  • Ensure all booking procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure all sales collateral, specific information and presentations are updated in line with guidelines and industry requirements.
  • Champion sustainability and advocate the value of positive social and environmental impact within your team.
  • Role model the Talon values and behaviours to help ensure the best possible culture and tone is set throughout Talon.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS_

  • You’re an experienced creative media or brand experience professional.
  • Proven experience in interrogating briefs, providing strategic recommendations, writing tight creative briefs that push boundaries, and pulling together innovative pitch proposals.
  • You have experience of leading your own projects but will be confident looping in resource and or the team head for support where it is needed.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and aren’t afraid to bring you knowledge of the client and wider campaign strategy to the table on internal discussions.
  • Experience of confidently communicating with stakeholders of all levels, open communication is at the heart of your working style.
  • A solid understanding of the media landscape and truly understand how OOH and Brand Experience compliments other channels.
  • Excellent proficiency across Microsoft – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
