Role Description

The role of the Planning Exec is to support a busy team, working closely with the Planning & Client Managers across a portfolio of accounts to assist with the planning & buying of out of home campaigns. As an Planning Executive you will have responsibility for the general campaign admin across the wider team working alongside the Hub. The Planning Executive will be a highly driven individual who will be able to identify proactive opportunities to pitch OOH to our clients and agencies. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_

  • Previous media planning and/or office/admin experience
  • Experience with dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Proactive and organised
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

As a Planning Executive you will offer a support role to Planning and Client Managers and Directors. Building a foundation of brilliant basics that can be built on to challenge and develop your career. You will be responsible for the general admin in the team, working alongside our Campaign Operations team. The Planning Exec will be a highly driven individual who will be able to identify proactive opportunities to pitch OOH to our clients and agencies. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete. An advantage is to be competent in using Excel & Powerpoint, as these are used daily.
