Integrated Producer, Grand Visual (3-Month FTC)

Role Description

The 3-Month fixed term contract Integrated Producer role will be required to effectively carry out project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress. Working across digital, solutions and experiences this role will be fundamental in ensuring the delivery of Grand Visual’s projects on time, within budget and maintaining the quality standard that our business in renowned for.


Reporting to the Project Director and supported by a project team, the Integrated Producer will be responsible for flagging any potential project issues with various stakeholders, working to solve them with creative solutions and systematic approaches on both digital and traditional projects. In this role, the Integrated Producer will be required to work within the schedule outlined by the Studio Manager, in line with the correct internal resource available and ensuring utilisation of the team is maximised.


  • Proven experience of managing multiple integrated campaigns in a Creative and Production Agency, with expert knowledge of interactive and dynamic digital projects and 3D moving image production.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party production with good understanding of experiential, special build, and mural projects.
  • A positive track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload with associated time constraints by effectively prioritising, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Responds to changing circumstances and is resilient, flexible, and willing to depart from plans when occasions demand, suggested options and solutions and adapts plans accordingly.
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of people from senior level to more junior staff and ability to build a rapport quickly and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people.
  • Takes responsibility for own career development and successfully applies for and takes on work to build, develop and enhance skills and experience.
  • A proven ability to continually learn from experience and pass on that insight, helping other producers and team members to grow and develop their skills.
  • Able to juggle priorities and consistently deliver to tight, changing deadlines.
