Client Executive

Role Description

The role of the Client Executive is to support a busy team, working closely with the Client Managers across a portfolio of accounts to assist with the planning of OOH campaigns and having responsibility for the general campaign admin across the wider team working alongside the Hub team. The Client Executive will be a highly driven individual who will be able to identify proactive opportunities to pitch OOH to our clients and agencies. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete. This role will also have a programmatic OOH and data function.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS_

  • Support and deliver on all planning functions, working hand in hand with the Client Team.
  • Produce information to ensure the smooth running of accounts including competitive data, market availabilities, and costings.
  • Work hand in hand with The Hub to ensure the smooth running of the design, delivery, and implementation of campaigns to fulfil client briefs.
  • Comprehensively understand the media owners, their business and be an internal brand ambassador.
  • Prepare detailed post campaign analysis and share with Managers & Directors to deliver quarterly updates and new insights.
  • Liaise with media owners and suppliers and be self-starting to gain a full insight and knowledge of their out of home portfolios.
  • Begin building relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts.
  • Endeavour to pro-actively grow and develop clients’ business by proposing new initiatives to Managers & Directors
  • Work with the Hub to ensure that campaigns are booked correctly.
  • Have a thorough understanding and utilise all tools and systems.
  • Ensure all Talon insight is read and incorporated into planning process where applicable.
  • Ensure all Planning templates and guidelines are being used – response to brief, proposals, buying reviews/PCAs, etc.
  • Understand Talon philosophy and specialist business unit’s offerings and communicate them appropriately.
  • Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes.
  • Data: Alongside our marketing manager, manage our Tracker function which oversees market activity
  • Programmatic: Alongside our PROOH Lead, assist with administrative functions on our programmatic offering.
  • Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets.
  • Work to embody the Talon values and behaviours to maintain the best possible culture throughout Talon.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS_

  • 1 year media planning and/or office/admin experience
  • Experience with dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Microsoft office skills.
