Accounts Receivable Specialist
Role Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will provide support to teams in implementing and documenting any new processes, perform weekly reviews of AR aging, ensuring all collectable debt is being chased. You will also manage communication to clients as needed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_
The AR Specialist is capable of managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and extremely self-motivated. In addition to supporting teams, you will also be responsible for any AR audit requests. You will reach out to clients to settle any payment issues and establish payment plans as required. You will also manage implementation of Plato US with the current AR processes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_
- 3-5 years accounts receivables experience
- Experience in Media sector preferred but not essential
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- NetSuite experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional work ethic

Finance is a key function within the Talon group, focusing wholly on delivering best in class financial services, ensuring all agencies, media owners and clients are serviced to the best of our abilities.
