Role Description

The primary role of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to manage and code company vendor invoices from our Kefron system to NetSuite, reconcile vendor accounts to vendor statements, and prepare and send vendor remittances.

THE ROLE_

  • Manage company vendors and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Code invoices from our Kefron system to NetSuite
  • Reconcile vendor accounts to vendor statements before payments are made
  • Prepare and send vendor remittances
  • Other ad hoc duties relating to AP ledgers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_

  • 3-5 years accounts payable experience
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Flexible with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience in Media sector preferred but not essential
  • NetSuite experience preferred but not essential
