We believe in giving back and supporting our local community. Through staff volunteering and working closely with our charity partners, we actively raise money throughout the year. Our Charity COG drives the charitable work of Talon, arranging events to raise money to support our charity partners, and working with other teams within the business to run events in support of wider charitable causes. So far to date, as a business, we have donated over £2,000,000 to good causes.

VP – Client Lead

The VP Client Lead reports to the US CCO and is ultimately responsible for delivering leadership, growth and operational excellence for Talon across a portfolio of agencies and clients. Description

As an International Client Manager, you are supporting your Account Director on an agency portfolio, and handling all day to day campaigns for your clients. As a manager, you are expected to build and maintain good relationship with your client agencies and give them personalised attention to ensure consistent organic growth. You will be leading your own campaigns, planning and buying, with the help of our strategy and insight team to build your strategy, and the support of the wider team to make it go live. During the planning stage, you will recommend the best OOH sites which fit the budget and brief of each client. Here, you act as an intermediator between agencies and media owners. Buying involves working towards a financial proposal which fits both the agency and the vendor and negotiating costs making sure you can provide the best service to our clients. Activation relates to campaign management, making sure everything runs smoothly and that the campaign is ready to go live. You will have the support of the Activation team on this part. Finally, once the campaign has gone live, you will prepare a post campaigns analysis which summarise the campaign brief, strategy and results using audience impressions which you will present to your client agency, in hope to invite to repeat business and increase revenue growth.
